Job Description: •Penetrate target accounts with Harrington Pure products and, where possible, utilize Harrington branch sales personnel to maintain day to day sales.
•Work with current businesses in maintaining existing product lines. •Create, coordinate and provide a system of training for Harrington branch sales personnel to drive sales and profitability of Harrington Pure products and applications through a rigorous and understandable program through ongoing communication and educational group and one-on-one training. This includes product technical training, new product updates, application notes, open houses and trade show interfaces. •Establish and maintain good working relations with Harrington Pure vendors. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors in regards to service, product seminars, promotions, etc. •Establish and maintain good working relationships with all branch personnel in assigned territory. •Address and resolve concerns and complaints by providing information and technical support about Harrington Pure products and applications. •Create innovative, effective sales strategies based on market trends and sales opportunities of Harrington Pure products for all application segments. •Organize, document and complete projects as directed by Manager of High Purity. •Prepare, generate and maintain itineraries, activity and call reports, account information, project opportunities and details in Fastrak. •Complete expense reports for management approval per company policy. •Travel requirements of 50%+ in assigned region. •Use Company approved sales and marketing techniques and tools.
Preferred Requirements: •3-5 years of experience working in sales preferred.
•Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier. •Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening/physical and background investigation.
