In support of our continuing growth strategy, Bob Graham is moving into the role of CEO of Harrington. He brings over 30 years of industry experience to offer top-notch products and services to customers. Dave Abercrombie, the former CEO, will move into the position of Vice Chairman and will be supporting Harrington’s growth in the specialty flow control products distribution sector.

Harrington Industrial Plastics (“Harrington”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Crist Group (“Crist”), in partnership with the company’s owner, Paul Crist. Headquartered in Woodland, CA, Crist is a leading specialty fabricator of critical fluid process components and assemblies with a focus on the semiconductor end market and applications in other markets including medical.

Harrington Industrial Plastics (“Harrington”) has acquired Commercial Industrial Supply (CIS) in partnership with CIS Owner, Ron Heisler. The acquisition of CIS will round out Harrington’s national footprint in the Carolina’s and will enable both Harrington and CIS to better service their customers.

Harrington is excited to announce the grand opening of our Fort Wayne, Indiana distribution center. Our new 68,000 square-foot facility is located at 2742 Wayne Haven Street, located conveniently off the I-930. Our new warehouse will service the entire Great Lakes area and our existing branches in Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Detroit, Grand Rapids and Indianapolis.
