We were proud to celebrate the opening of our new Distribution Center in Pittston Township, Pennsylvania last week with a ribbon cutting ceremony alongside state and local officials, business leaders, and community partners. Located at 515 Research Drive in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park East, this new facility expands Harrington’s presence in the Northeast and strengthens our ability to serve customers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Harrington is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Fluid Gauge Company (FGC), a family-owned distributor specializing in industrial, sanitary, and process piping, along with engineered products. FGC operates two branches in California, supporting key customers and projects across the western U.S. The acquisition also includes A-1 Milmac, FGC’s custom hose fabrication division, further enhancing Harrington’s capabilities.

Harrington and Grundfos have formed an exciting new partnership to better serve customers in the California water utility and municipal markets. Grundfos, a global leader in pump solutions and water technology, and Harrington, bolstered by its recent acquisition of PumpMan, will strategically combine their strengths to provide high-quality products, services, and comprehensive technical support.

Harrington has acquired Cortrol Process Systems, a provider of non-metallic, corrosion-resistant flow control products and services in the Midwest and Gulf Coast regions. Cortrol also designs and fabricates custom fiber-reinforced plastic solutions for various facilities.
