Special Projects
Joe Dugan, co-founder of J2 Resources, serves in a Special Projects role focused on advancing the One Harrington Metals Strategy and expanding engineered metals capabilities across the organization.
After co-founding J2 in 2016, Joe led the company’s growth through a streamlined, mill-direct distribution model, helping establish a strong national presence and introducing metallic PVF as a key component of Harrington’s offerings.
In his current role, Joe focuses on strengthening supplier engagement, improving cost efficiency, and driving cross-platform growth synergies. His experience and industry insight continue to play an important role in scaling Harrington’s offerings and serving key markets.
IPEX Duraplus ABS Air-Line
Duraplus Air-Line is a lightweight, non-corroding compressed air distribution system manufactured from a specially formulated ABS copolymer blend. It is corrosion resistant, which ensures that no loose scale rust will form on the pipe. DuraPlus Air-Line pipe has a smooth bore for less friction, lower pressure drops and higher flow rates. The pipe is also color coded for compressed air.

IPEX Encase systems use polypropylene piping, inside and out, for high corrosion resistance over a broad temperature range. At the heart of the IPEX patented Encase polypro system is the Enfield electrofusion fitting with a heavy-gauge resistance wire molded into the socket. This microprocessor-controlled fusion system lets you make highly consistent joints in minutes right in the trench.
IPEX Diaphragm Valves
The design of diaphragm valves allows them to be used in high-cycle applications without wear to their sealing surfaces. The open-to-close cycle is greater than 90 degrees and can be used for more precise throttling than standard ball or butterfly valves. These valves are good for volatile fluids where stagnation can lead to bacterial growth.
